For example, depending on local policies and practices within each Shell Group business, occasional telecommuting may be possible to complete specific tasks where operational reasons apply. Flexible working hours, the basic principle is simple an agreed working time between individual employee and his/her supervisor which must include the core hours of 10:00 – 16:00, provided that there is a still 8 working hours per day with a minimum half hour lunch.
