Question 1: Why do you apply for job in the BP IST?

Above all, I want to make a declaration that I will be completely honest.

first, BP is a very famous company.
second, the salary is attractive.
third, the work environment is very nice.

What makes me believe I will be working here with satisfaction?

First, BP is a very famous company, the work environment is very nice, and the income is high, which will at least enable me to lead a good physical life.

Second, my family will be satisfied if I can make more money than most of the people around me. my friends will admire me, too.

Third, I like the rotational program BP provides. after this program, my abili ty will be improved through the training. I will probably get an opportunity o f working abroad, which first makes my English improved and itself is precious experience. with my promotion of my ability, I will reasonablely be responsib le for more important things, which in turn bring me more money.

even if I fail to got an opportunity of taking charge of important things, I c an leave BP for a job in another company, which will be happy to accept me in regard to my improved ability and experience.

Even if I am dumber than most people and not able to improve my ability so as to got the opportunity of working abroad, I still have the experience of worki ng in BP, a Fortune-top-500 company, and I believe there is one, probably more than one, company will accept me, probablly providing good money. if a perso n like me who is dumber than the most can get this lucky, what else should he expect?

Base on above analysis, personaly I want to work in BP, please hire me. thank you!

Question 2: You have analyzed the benifits you can get FROM BP, which I think is enough to lead you to that hard choice. Could you please tell us what we ca n expect from you. that is , WHY we should be will to employ you?

OK. To save my time, I will list the reasons directly.

First, you know, there are very few companys like BP which make me so satified and give me the opportunity of interview. I am not so stupid as not to seize this opportunity now and not to work hard in the future, due to which I maybe fired. I believe I can do anything well as long as I work hard, but it is com pletely understandable if you dont think so as I do, which is the reason why I may have to go on convincing you.

Second, I am not stupid, which can be indicated by my excellent academic achie vements. I learn things fast, which I am sure by thinking through my own exper ience and I believe you will also believe after reading my resume. in addtion, I am curious about the unknown world and open minded to learn new things.

Third, it seems that the position requires considerable communication skills. My experience tells me that I am not bad at tackling people. I have a lot of f riends and most of the people around me dont hate me, some of which like me. sometimes I argue with people and I have realized that is wrong and am trying to reduce it. Generally speaking, I think my skill of dealing with people i s good enough to fullfill the requirement of the job.

Fourth, I can work abroad and travel a lot, even if I want to. you know, the p ower of money is huge.

Fifth, I believe my expectation for salary is not very high, 7000 yuan a month will be OK, and I think you can afford it. which means I wont leave BP due t o this kind of problem.

Sixth, I am not the kind of people who tend to go from one employer to another frequently, and once I have chosen one, I wont leave it as long as something unexpected and bad does not happen.

Seventh, I can work under high level of pressure although I dont like it.

At last, I ensure you again that what I said above is the deepest area of my h eart.
